V4 COMPANY | Global Marketing & Growth Division

Location: Remote-first (Preferred: EMEA / South Asia)
Salary: $54,000–$66,000/year + Performance Bonus + Equity

🌐 Role Overview
Own multi-channel acquisition across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, TikTok. Build, scale, optimize, and lead high-performance paid media programs.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Build and optimize full-funnel paid acquisition.
• Manage €50K–€200K+/month budgets.
• Design scalable campaign structures & automation.
• Run A/B tests across creatives, bids, audiences, landing pages.
• Build dashboards (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio).
• Lead forecasting & performance modeling.
• Work with Brand, Creative, Product, E‑commerce.
• Lead global expansion across EMEA & South Asia.

🧠 Requirements
• 5+ years in growth/performance marketing.
• Experience managing large budgets & driving growth.
• Strong Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, retargeting frameworks.
• Skilled in tracking setup & attribution.
• Fluency in GA4, Looker Studio, cohort & conversion analysis.
• English fluency; strong communication.
